Nothing to do with music but.....

I've been drawing and painting as long as I can remember. My Mother was an artist and from the age of about three I was fascinated by the tubes of coloured oil paints that littered the table,  the smell of turpentine that would fill the house. To keep me quiet, and more importantly, to keep my inquisitive fingers away from her wet paintings my Mother gave me my own paints. paper, and even a child size easel so I could create my own masterpieces. From what I remember -  they were mainly of girls with braided hair and goofy teeth!

A few years ago I started working in pen and ink, finally discovering the medium that suited me best. Since then I have contributed to various collective exhibitions, exhibited in galleries including The Clerks House and The Virgin Megastore in London, as well as doing private commissions.

I've added some of my ink drawings to this site only after being hassled by people to allow the drawings to be seen. Just click on the titles below . Enjoy... Martin.
